Sessions

In the role of self-care facilitator, it is my purpose to assist you in achieving true freedom with regards to any unwanted personal condition. True freedom means freedom from attachments and aversions to any person, place or condition.

It is my job to ask the right questions, and direct your attention, so that your outmoded viewpoints become “unstuck” and all the energy you’ve invested in these viewpoints becomes freed-up and available for a happier, more creative life. My know-how is in the general area of how people take on and get stuck with unwanted conditions, and the questions that I ask are based on these concepts.

All of the methods I use are deceptively simple, but highly effective. What’s more, they can often be learned by yourself during the sessions so that you can continue to work on your own, at your own pace, and in your own time.

Although there is truth in the idea that working with another is often more effective than working by oneself, it is my goal to free you from that need as soon as possible.
